1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS once your payment is processed.
2. Shipping Time
After processing, shipping takes 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, logistical constraints, or other unforeseen issues.
3. Shipping Delays
Once your package is handed over to the courier, FLAMORIS is not responsible for delivery delays. If your shipment is delayed, please inform us at care@flamoris.com. We will escalate the issue with the courier to expedite resolution.
4. Delivery Attempts
The courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel is not accepted, it will be returned to us (Returned-to-Origin, RTO). In such cases, a refund for the product will be issued, excluding shipping and RTO charges.
5. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using our secure online payment methods to ensure a smooth, contactless, and efficient process.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. FLAMORIS is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
