Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing FLAMORIS. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our handcrafted candles. Please review our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy below.

1. Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@flamoris.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo or video of the item and packaging (a complete, unedited unpacking video is required for damaged items).
  • A brief description of the issue.

Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging. We will provide return instructions upon approval.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Damaged or defective items, upon verification.
  • Returned-to-Origin (RTO) cases after three failed delivery attempts, excluding shipping and RTO charges.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Dislike of scent or color.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by the courier.

3. Exchanges

For eligible returns (damaged or incorrect items), we offer replacements or store credit, based on availability. We do not provide exchanges for different scents or styles.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, processing begins, and cancellations are not possible. Contact us at care@flamoris.com to request a cancellation.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. For authorized returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
